I would like to propose for the Firefox Android version, Bookmarks Manager, the following fundamental improvements that have existed in Bookmarks Managers in browsers in general for quite some time. The propose improvements would be

1. Have an importing and exporting feature from/to a HTML Bookmarks source/file.

2. Have a manual reorder feature of Bookmarks, so that you can have the ability to manually reorder Bookmarks the way you like them in a folder.

I hope this proposal can get as much support as possible so that it can be implemented quickly.

1. Have an importing and exporting feature from/to a HTML Bookmarks source/file.

It is possible to import from HTML bookmarks files in the Android version:
Menu -> Bookmarks -> three-dot line (top-right) -> Import from file

It is not possible yet to export though, which I hope they add soon.

Not having that is a major reason I don't use Firefox on Android.  Both Brave and Vivaldi offer it.

I assume when you say "Menu" you mean the 3 dots (top-right) at the Homepage, right? I'm using the following Firefox Android version

When I'm in Bookmarks I do not see any 3 dots that indicates there is another menu. What I see is

1. A folder icon with a plus indicating to create a new folder. See screenshot below.

2. 3 lines making a shape of an arrow head pointing downwards indicating the several options for sorting the bookmarks in some fix order. See screenshot below.
