Firefox for Android has so many fundamental design issues. Why does returning to the Home page open a new tab each time? As I make frequent use of the Home page for quick links and pinned shortcuts, this effectively means each time I want to visit a new page I'm forced to open a new tab. It very quickly results in a huge number of tabs being pointlessly opened and cluttering up my tab list unless I also manually close each tab every time I want to open a new page.

Bookmark syncing is great, but why can a bookmark not exist in two separate instances? For example, if I have YouTube saved on my desktop Bookmarks Bar, it cannot also exist as a Mobile Bookmark, forcing me to have to jump through several menus to access my desktop Bookmarks Bar folder instead of simply being able to have it saved as a Mobile Bookmark simultaneously.

Lists are great, but why do lists not sync across devices? It would be great to be able to save an article on my phone to later be able to read on a tablet or desktop.

Why can Home page shortcuts not be rearranged? This is a pretty basic and universal feature on mobile browsers. Firefox Android forces you to delete, then re-add, all of your shortcuts if you ever want to rearrange them instead of being able to simply press, hold, and drag.

Firefox is my daily driver on my desktop, and it would be great to be able to have everything synced across all my devices, but the mobile experience is currently very frustrating in a lot of little ways that make it difficult to use or recommend for a primary mobile browser.
