Filter Search Content

I miss in the Filter box the possibility to search for content in all filters. I mean, when I set a filter rule, I don't remember, was it in the filter rule set 1 or 6 or 36. (For example)

I have lots of filters and it is very hard to manage and troubleshoot them. A way to search them would be very useful or a way to search for duplicates as well. There doesn't seem to be anyway to use a filter on multiple folders making it even harder to manage filters? Maybe I'm missing something but filters seem to be somewhat neglected.
