Greeting Mozilla/Firefox team and community,
As someone who values privacy, innovation, and open web tools, I’ve loved using Firefox over the years — and I’d like to offer a simple idea:
Consider adding ChatGPT as a built-in search engine option in Firefox?
Millions of users now rely on conversational AI to explore topics, solve problems, and spark creativity. Having ChatGPT available directly from the search bar — much like Wikipedia, Google, or DuckDuckGo — could offer Firefox users a fast, intuitive, and modern way to interact with information.
This wouldn't replace traditional search, but rather complement it. Giving users the freedom to choose a generative AI option aligns with Firefox’s mission of user agency and a healthier internet.
Thanks for considering it — and thanks for continuing to build a browser that puts users first.
