Subject: Please Offer Fakespot as a Subscription—Don’t Shut It Down

Dear Mozilla Team,

I was so disappointed to hear that you’re shutting down Fakespot. It’s one of the most valuable tools I’ve ever used for online shopping—simple, smart, and incredibly effective in cutting through fake reviews.

If the issue is cost or sustainability, I urge you to consider offering it as a subscription service. I would gladly pay for continued access to something that helps me shop with confidence and avoid misleading product listings. I imagine many other loyal users would too.

Fakespot serves a real need in today’s online landscape. Please reconsider shutting it down—and explore keeping it alive in a sustainable way.
