extended Reload function / one tab / all tabs

what about adding a feature:

pressing reload button ONE time = reload the active tab

pressing reload button ONE time together with SHIFT key = reload ALL tabs

pressing reload button TWO times = empty cache for active tab and reload

pressing reload button TWO times together with SHIFT key = empty cache for all tabs and reload ALL tabs

better would be to have this function embedded
