Currently Firefox can prevent some types of fingerprinting, in particular when restrictive protection is enabled, but does not tell the user what is being blocked/randomized. It would be more useful if the settings UI allowed to enable different types of fingerprint protections such as canvas, webGL and fonts, instead of having to resort to about:config. For example, I usually have privacy.resistFingerprinting enabled in about:config which turns on additional protections, but I don't like that it forces light mode on websites.
