Execute rules and spam on server

I love the way I can set up rules in Thunderbird to move email around and hitting the spam button.  The problem is, when I am traveling the rules are not applied because my Thunderbird machine is off or asleep.  I'd like the rules applied when I am not at home.  This means they would execute on the server.
