Exact Search

I would like to suggest adding an option to browsers that allows users to choose between an exact search (without corrections or automatic suggestions) and a smart search (with suggestions and variations). 
This would be extremely useful for those searching for products, technical codes, specific names, or conducting academic research.
The idea is simple: a button or checkbox that says "Search exactly what was typed." This would give the user more control and avoid irrelevant results.
