ETP Granular chosing

I use an ETP strict mode for regular browsing. But sometimes when some sites don't work properly I force switching off the ETP completely. So I thought it would be great to make a more granular option for ETP that can switch between Standard, Strict, and Off options for particular sites. Because in Standard mode those sites works well, but still use them without ETP its a bad idea.
