Enchanced/Flexable Sync Functionality

Syncing is binary and is the same across all devices. either you sync something with every device or you don't.

I am suggesting a more specific sync functionality. Being able to dictate which specific device/Mozilla(Firefox) product/browser shares an outgoing sync.I don't think this is quite clear so I'll try an example.

Utilizing 2 device, A) Home PC; B) Work Laptop

I would like to be able to Sync Everything from a Work Laptop to my Home PC but not everything from my Home PC to Work Laptop. The ability to share my Work Laptops "History", "Open Tabs" to my PC but restrict what is synced OUT from my Home PC.

The same can also be said for the "Firefox view" tab.

Ignore this If this is already a thing. I just haven't figured it out yet.
