Enable drag & drop within the list of extensions button

With many addons, and given all are shown under that button, the most important need to be listed first, which can be achieved by selecting "move up" for each addon.

But each move makes just one step: in order to move an icon to the first position I had to press its gear button —and than the "move up" option— more than 10 times!

We should be able to move the addons in that list quicker, simply dragging them up or down, like we do when customizing the toolbar.

Ability To Move Extensions By Long Pressing Using Mouse Or Trackpad

Please add the ability to move extensions in the list just by long pressing on it. Current option to move extensions on the extension list/section isn't convenient at all. Current system has only two option as shown the screenshot below
