Easy Profile Image upload Process

Currently, the steps to update a community profile is; click on the user icon on the top right in the navigation bar, choose profile, click on the edit icon. After uploading your file, it takes a while for the file to be previewed and when you save, it takes you to another page to resize which it too many steps. I personally think the image resize may be an overkill but if it is very necessary, it can be brought in immediately the image is uploaded.
