Download filename Incremental Naming/Rules

When downloading a video or something, the default filename is download.mp4, I'm hoping it can change the filename automatically be download(1).mp4 when filename conflicts. Maybe impolite to mention but this is how I was using chrome.

Additionally if I can customise the download filenames such as date_source_filesize, it will be a greater help.
