Bring Firefox VPN Functionality to Thunderbird (for Windows, Android, iOS)

I am excited (and grateful) for the new Firefox VPN! It would be awesome to see this same functionality brought to all versions/platforms of Thunderbird (so we can be more protected when on public wifi)! It would still use the same 50GB bucket (tied to our Mozilla account), of course.
