Don't include pinned tabs in the Alt-<number> keyboard shortcuts.

Alt-1 jumps to the first tab (even if it is pinned, and already easily accessible), Alt-9 jumps to the last. But to get to the first tab that is not a pinned tab, you have to limit your pinned tabs to 7 or less, and then you can use Alt-8. If the pinned tabs were not part of this shortcut, you could have more than 7.
