Don't auto download when private browsing

Since Firefox automatically starts downloads I think it would be be more in the spirit of private mode, of not leaving a trace, if users are explicitly asked where (and if) to download files.

Perhaps there could be checkbox next to the always ask where to download files, controlling the same behavior for private mode, giving users a choice to keep the current way.
