Do not enforce ~slow~ smooth scrolling with Resist fingerprinting

I know, I know, that's another piece of data that can differentiate you from others, but if we are going to break UX for the sake of anonymity why not also resize the window to always be the same size like Tor does?

Wouldn't users benefit more from turning most of these things on over not using any because the UX is just too bad?
