Dithering for gradients

Gradients in Firefox are pretty ugly compared to on Chromium due to the banding. A fix for this is to add dithering to create the appearance of more colours.

There is a bug report opened 14 years ago about this issue.

This issue is so visible and annoying, specially on YouTube with the Ambient mode and the constant colour flickering around the video frame. Ambient mode can be disabled. But that's not the solution. The solution is adding dithering to gradients in the same way Chrome does it.

It's bemusing and disappointing how this issue has been ignored for that long...
