Dialup Throttling Profile

Under Inspect (Q) context menu > Network There are many throttling profiles to examine web pages under different connections types. I suggest to add very low connection speed 48 kb/s with latency  about 1 sec and name it Dialup which simulates old days dialup modem connections that shows very bad connection conditions.
