desktop: option to auto-hide/display toolbar, address bar & tabs

...just like we can set toolbars in Mac and Windows to auto-hide until we hover over them.

I like having all this stuff within easy reach at the top, but it's just way too much clutter when I'm trying to focus on the page I'm using:

Also occupies too much vertical real estate forcing scrolling on short pages that would other wise be fully viewable without. (Yes, I am VERY lazy! ;p)

I'm aware of the option to set the toolbar to only show on new tabs, but no thanks, I'll take the clutter over that.
