Customize desktop notification layout

Hello I would like to be able to customize the layout of the Windows system notifications when receiving new email. 

I want the desktop notifications to be resembled like Outlook. I would like to be able to replace the header text with the sender name. And customize the body of the notifications. I want the photo/avatar to match the sender of the email.  And add 3 action buttons for each message like delete, flag, dismiss.
