Customizable Subtitle Styling in Firefox's Picture-in-Picture Mode

This feature request aims to improve the readability and accessibility of subtitles within Firefox's PiP window by providing users with customizable styling options. Currently, you cannot customize the subtitles in PiP. This enhancement would allow users to tailor subtitle appearance to their preferences and viewing conditions, similar to the customization features available on platforms like YouTube.

Specific Styling Options (for PiP subtitles):

• Font: Choice of typeface and font size.
• Window/Container: Option for changing the semi-transparent container surrounding the subtitle text with adjustable opacity (including fully transparent to reduce occlusion).
  
• Character Edge Styles:  Options for outlining or adding drop shadows to the subtitle characters to improve contrast.
