Customisable From email address that can be stored to use repeatedly

I'd like to avoid confusing people by using a single email address that is the one for my own domain rather than the email addresses for the assorted ISPs and company email addresses, but, currently, I have to type it in each time, which is a real bind. An option to store a customiseed From address would be Heaven!
