Cookies with persistent storage should be removed when closing

Hello, I would like cookies with persistent storage to be removed when the browser closes Except if it is whitelisted, the current behavior of Firefox does not delete all websites, keeping many websites even after closing the browser with the option enabled
It looks like it clears everything with the incognito option enabled, but that doesn't allow me to add exception to the rule
