collections synchronizable - give collections to Firefox desktop

I think it makes a lot of sense to make Collections synchronizable and I have 0 interest in engaging with Pocket or other 3rd party services to accomplish this simple task, although I agree with other users who say that they complement each other well, and Collections should be able to feed into and integrate with the social functions of Pocket

I hope i'm missing something, though if i'm not, why the "funk" are collections are only there for Android?

There's collections for Firefox for Android. Why not for Firefox for Windows? I really really want to change my standard browser to Firefox. But I find it hard to leave Edge and its collections option.

right now i keep all my collections on my phone and i use "send tab to device" to send pages from collections to my desktop or tablet

but i would rather not manage collections on the small screen when i am using a bigger screen right now
