cmdline options ability to open a URL in a new private window or new private tab

There is a command line option to have firefox launch and open a URL in -PRIVATE-WINDOW.  This works, but if there is a firefox (private) is already open it only opens as a TAB in the existing.

It would be great to have the two options, such as -

-PRIVATE-WINDOW   to open in a new instance / window

   and

-PRIVATE-TAB to open the URL in a new tab within the current window.
