Closing iOS app when in privacy mode should revert to normal tabs

When I'm browsing in private mode and I reset the app by swipe-closing it on iOS, the app should completely reset to normal browsing. The problem right now is I'll swipe-close the app in private browsing and every new tab that opens from a clicked link will still open in private tabs, negating any logins I have.
