Close Tab Disable/Change

I want to be able to change this <Key> but I cant (or disable). That is, Ctrl+W for closing a tab. Ive tried numerous things: like ten different buggy add-ons, twenty different suggestions made by various ChatBots, all which lead me here to this very frustrating time of wanting to download a new browser, al because I keep pressing it by accident, and its getting on my nerves. Even if it could provide a warning like it does for closing multi-window, that would be a little bit of a rectification, alas I would like to change this key. If anyone knows what works. Note: I'm currently on base linux and this is my main issue/aggrevation, because on linux we use Ctrl W to delete whole words (IN BOTH SHELL AND VIM) and its not like im the only one who this would be for... You would be helping alot of people out. I would donate to yous and recommend firefox if it could introduce this change. If someone figures out how to change it, ill be very appreciative as well.
