Recently switched from Opera, and going back to Opera. My favorite feature was being able to close any tab I was hovering over by holding Alt and Left Clicking. No need to change primary tab, no need to navigate to a tiny "x" box, just alt and click. This feature is so integrated into my daily use now that not having it is a deal-breaker for me. I'm not a fan of Chromium, so Please Mozilla, integrate this so I can get off Chromium.

For me it would be enough, if the small close button would just unhide when hoovering over the tab.
No need to additionally use the other hand to press ALT.
There are CSS hacks out there, which already provide this.
