Child Windows on Multiple Monitors

It would be ideal if when child windows appear, insert link and others, they would appear centered over the parent window. I don't know for sure if this is related to having multiple monitors but these child windows seem to pop up all over the place, frequently off screen. You have to press Alt/space and use the keyboard to get the window back on screen.  For example you have two screens, the second screen is to your left, you select Insert Link from the menu and the child window appears (not) off screen to the right of the screen your on, like it's confused about which monitor you're on.  I've also seen it 'appear' off screen to the top and the left or right.  IMO child windows should always appear centered over the parent window no matter where that parent window is on the screen, any effort to remember where that window was last opened, if that's what's going on, is misguided.
