Chatzilla Auto-Scroll Toggle

 When scrolling up in IRC while trying to catch up on what has happened, a new message auto-scrolls you to the newest message. This makes it difficult to go back and see what you've missed in an active conversation if you've been away for a couple of minutes. Very annoying. The option to turn off auto-scroll would be nice, especially in conjunction with a "jump to newest message" banner would be nice. I believe Discord handles this pretty well and something similar would be greatly appreciated.
