Change the pageup and down for adjacent tab navigation, make it something else, probabily alt+J and K.

As with vimium(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/vimium-ff/?utm_source=addons.mozilla.org&utm_medium=r...) extension we can press J or K to more left or right, or in Zen browser's case, up and down. But vimium has limitation as it doesn't run on Zen's native web points like settings homepage etc. Please add a shortcut for navigation between tabs other than alt 1-9. Where we can just change adjacent tabs.
