Can I use a specific gesture to quickly open a designated website?

As mentioned, while tags are quite useful, using them on mobile phones and tablets without a mouse requires multiple taps. Additionally, in some situations, it can be cumbersome to tap icons with one hand while holding the device. Would it be possible to implement a fixed gesture to direct to a website? For example, I often visit https://www.mangajikan.com/ to read manga, and it would be great if I could set a link in the background and then use a long press or another gesture to jump directly to the site. Alternatively, are there any other quicker methods that others might suggest?
