Built-in Firefox Mobile Internet Speed Test

It would be awesome to have a built-in Internet connection speed test in Firefox Mobile. Perhaps, we can use anonymized data from it to create a map of wireless Internet coverage per area.

Perhaps we can build upon previous Mozilla projects like https://location.services.mozilla.com/ and https://github.com/mozilla/MozStumbler.
