Bring back individual site controls for enhanced tracking protection

As far as I can tell, this feature went away in a recent update. 
if the options are now in the shield, it is much too small to tap on, leaving me without access to websites unless I turn all tracking protection off for all websites. 
can the lock icon in the address bar please be brought back?
