I've moved images to ListView panel. Everything is now in that panel, additional "class" is only ImageProvider which is copy of IconProvider. It is small part of code, it can be added to browser as option to default management of bookmarks. Different color of panel's frame is indication that it is in mode for adding bookmark. If folder is clicked new bookmark is added to end of list of bookmarks in that folder. If existing bookmark is clicked new bookmark is inserted before that bookmark. As seen from screenshots images on bookmarks are useful if different items are bookmarked (for known web sites Favicon is OK).
