Bookmark text on websites

Sometimes, only a single paragraph on a long website is interesting for me. I'd like to create a bookmark that refers to that paragraph or selected text and highlights it.

@Mutzu : you can kind-of do this already, but as a multiple-step process:

1. Highlight the text you want to jump back to on a page
2. Right-click it and choose "Copy Link to Highlight"
3. Right-click in the URL bar and choose "Paste and Go"
4. After the page has loaded, bookmark it

@Jon : might be better to rename "Copy Link to Highlight" to "Copy Link to Selected Text",
to make it a bit more obvious what that existing feature does.
