Bookmark's address visible when adding a new one

Please add the field of bookmark address during the action of adding a new bookmark.
Currently there's only 1) bookmark's name, and 2) bookmark's location, displayed during the new bookmark addition.
The bookmark address is an absolutely crucial field to have it modifiable during adding a new bookmark.
As an example, when I add a YT video bookmark, I may want to add it with a specific start time-stamp. But I have to first add the standard bookmark, then find it in the bookmark list, edit and only there modify the address.
