I open many tabs with YouTube or other website with video/music. I really lost to find active-playing tab. I know there is text "now playing", but that's not enough with many tabs opened. Furthermore, I attach the file with screenshot and on that screenshot active playing tab is the last, but it took me time to realize which tab now is playing. I really wish to make playing button on the tab to be little bigger and easier to distinguish, maybe with different colour and make permanently visible on the tab.

Yes! Tabs open to YouTube when Firefox was closed then reset (for any reason, including an MS Windows bugcheck) will start playing when Firefox is reopened. This is annoying, especially because locating the offending tab is difficult when my session has a large number of windows open, each with a number of tabs.

A Firefox facility to help the user identify which tab is playing video or audio would be helpful. Perhaps an indicator in the list of Firefox windows that is displayed when the user clicks on the Firefox icon in the MS Windows taskbar(name?).

Firefox 138.0.1 (64-bit)

One option would be to use the "List All Tabs" button after the "+" button at the right end of the tab bar. If a tab is playing audio in the current window, there should be a speaker icon for it on this drop-down list. Does that work on yours?
