Better keyboard-navigation for URL-bar-suggestions

If you type something in the URL-bar, the suggestions appear. If you want to go to one of the the bottom suggestions (not with the mouse, but the keyboard), you have to use the down-arrow very often. It would be easier, faster and more comfortable to use the up-arrow. But the problem is, that it cycles through all search-engines in the bottom row. Instead of this behavior using the up-arrow once should go to the bottom-row with the search-engines, but a second tap on arrow-up should go one line up to the last suggestion. And if you are in the last row, cycling through the search-engines should work with arrow-left and -right. That would be a more logical and faster keyboard navigation for the URL-bar.
