Be able to grab maximized Mozilla window above the URL bar on Windows OS

When my Mozilla window is maximized on Windows OS, and I want to grab and drag my Mozilla window so that it un-maximizes and can be moved on my screen, I feel like that grab should be possible right at the top-middle, above the URL bar. Instead that grab and drag does nothing, and I need to grab at the empty space to the left or right of the URL bar which I find mildly annoying.
