Ask device sign-in to autofill/fill/edit/see passwords every time

When I turned on this setting I expected to see sign-in method every time. But it asks it randomly.

Please add an option like "Ask every time"

currently the option is reduced to "Require device sign in to manage passwords". It would be great to have one level of security by asking device sign in before each password is filled. Other major browsers are having this feature.
