I should be allowed to do this once instead of being forced to do it every time I reopen my browser. It is my prerogative to make the choice - not yours to countermand my choice each time I log out.
I agree it's user choice not provider I found the same issues especially with turning on VPN even when I shut it off to go to a sight get there only to find it is switched back on and I'm locked out. Some sites I can constantly even if they are listed as an acception just keeps happening until I change browsers which shouldn't be necessary to navigate the way a user wants
