Allow unlimited shortcuts and display at least 20 directly on a single vertically scrollable home screen

Firefox for Android currently displays only 8 shortcuts on the home screen. If there are more than 8 shortcuts, I have to tap **"Show All"** to access the rest.

Please change this so that users can have a **very large, ideally unlimited, number of shortcuts** while also being able to access them directly from the same home screen.

The intended behavior is:

* The number of shortcuts a user can register should be **unlimited, or at least large enough that it is effectively unlimited for normal use**.
* The home screen should display and provide direct access to **at least around 20 shortcuts**.
* These shortcuts should form **one continuous, vertically scrollable area** on the home screen.
* If there are more shortcuts than can fit on the screen, the user should be able to **scroll vertically** through the shortcut area to access all of them.
* There should be **no "Show All" button that opens a separate screen**.
* There should be **no separate shortcut page**.
* There should be **no horizontal swiping between separate pages of shortcuts**.
* All registered shortcuts should remain part of the **same continuous home-screen shortcut area**, regardless of how many there are.

In other words, the desired design is a **large, continuously vertically scrollable shortcut grid**, not a shortcut list limited to 8 items with the remaining items hidden behind "Show All."

For example, a user might have 50, 100, or more shortcuts registered. At least around 20 should be readily accessible through the home screen's vertically scrollable shortcut area, and the user should be able to continue scrolling down to reach the rest.

The important distinction is that **20 is the minimum number that should be directly accessible in the home-screen interface, not the maximum number of shortcuts that can be registered**.

The current 8-shortcut limitation makes it unnecessarily difficult to access frequently used websites. A vertically scrollable grid would allow users to maintain a large collection of shortcuts while keeping them all directly accessible from the home screen, without requiring a separate "Show All" view or page-based navigation.
