Allow restoring only pinned tabs on Firefox startup

Firefox currently restores either the full previous session or no session at all.

It would be useful to have a third option:
- Restore pinned tabs only

This would allow users to keep persistent “app-like” tabs (mail, calendar, chat, music, dashboards, etc.) without reopening dozens of temporary browsing tabs from the previous session.

Suggested location:
Settings → Startup

Possible options:
- Open previous windows and tabs
- Restore pinned tabs only
- Open homepage
