Allow Re-establishing Master Password requirement.

Problem: Once the master password has been entered, Passwords can be accessed by unauthorized entities.

Solution: Add a "Re-initiate Master Password Requirement" button.  This way Passwords can immediately become required again, even in the same session.  An alternate is a setting for how long (X minutes)Passwords remain unprotected.  Thank you.
