Allow me to drag a URL from the shield as well as the lock next to the address bar

Currently you can only grab and drag a URL if you click and drag on the lock (or unlock) symbol next to the URL. Firefox does not allow you to do this from the shield. I can't think of a reason why this would be an important distinction and I would love to just have a bigger hit box when I'm quickly trying to grab the URL.
