Allow-list for links in email, to control whether shown as link or plaintext

I'd like to have a domain allow-list in Thunderbird.  If a domain is in the allow-list, URLs to it in HTML messages are shown as clickable links, and URLs to domains not in the allow-list are shown as plaintext (maybe link text followed by plaintext URL in parentheses).
