Currently I have an HTML signature for my work account on Thunderbird desktop that contains some simple text formatting and a logo image, but pasting the same HTML into the signature setting in K-9 Mail just inserts the HTML as text into the email.
It's extremely annoying when I'm sending emails from my Scout leader email and the signature is different when sent via k9-mail compared to Thunderbird on my laptop or desktop
Great idea, I'm waiting for implementation. I use e-mail communication in many of the companies I support. The lack of an html signature makes it very difficult.
K9 has one major shortcoming and that is you can't use rich text with pictures in the Signature. This makes the email look very unprofessional. Other wise this is the best easiest and fastest email app by far! Great job guys, but please add this feature for us!
I have never had more undealt with spam in all my web usage and I'm anxiously waiting for thunderbird for android to become viable as it actually has some spam controls after marking and containing as such .
This is exactly why I've been unable to fully implement K9/Thunderbird into my workflow as a professional mobile email client, and have needed to use other means to send emails.
